Introducing

Eva

Meet Eva, the newest member of the YWS team and a longtime wine enthusiast. Her appreciation for wine deepened while studying the wine and spirits business in France, where she fell in love not just with the drink, but with the culture, stories, and community that surround it.

Now back in Chicago, she’s excited to team up with Shannon and Daní to bring that same energy to the city. Building a space where young people can enjoy wine, learn more about it, and talk about it in an approachable, fun way.

Outside of YWS, Eva enjoys exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene, going to yoga classes, and reading with her book club. She’s here to grow this community and share a glass with others who love wine as much as she does. Cheers to that!

Harry

Meet Harry, Eva’s partner in crime and our second ambassador in Chicago. Harry first got into wine during his time in hospitality, where he enjoyed both talking about and pouring for guests. Living and working in Italy gave him a deeper passion and appreciation for wine, helping him pay closer attention to the culture, history, and geography behind each bottle. He currently works in Chicago for a local wine and spirits auction company and is excited to be part of the future of YWS, bringing his experience and wine knowledge to fun and engaging events at some of the city’s best restaurants and wine shops.

He spends most of his free time (and money) cooking or exploring new places to eat, and he’s always curious to learn more about the world of wine.
