FAQs

  • No. Think of the membership as your "Key to the City." The annual fee covers your access (early booking), your perks (welcome gift, partner discounts), and subsidized pricing (15% off tickets). You will still need to purchase tickets for individual events, but you'll get first dibs and a better price than the public.

  • Yes, it is an annual subscription that renews every 12 months. You will receive a reminder email before your renewal date, and you can cancel anytime in your Luma settings if you decide to take a break.

  • Yes! As a member, you can purchase up to 2 tickets during the presale—one for you and one for a guest. If you want to bring a larger group, you’ll need to wait until the General Admission sale opens 24 hours later.

  • It’s magic (almost). Just make sure you are logged into Luma with the same email address you used to buy your membership. When you go to an event page, Luma will recognize you and automatically "unlock" the hidden Member tickets.

  • You can pick up your Welcome Pack at the check-in desk of the first event you attend as a member. Just show us your membership confirmation email.

  • Open the Luma app (or your confirmation email) to show your active "Member Pass." Our partners in Amsterdam recognize this digital card and will apply your discount to the bill.

  • Because the membership includes immediate perks, the annual membership fee is non-refundable. However, event tickets are transferable; if you can’t make a tasting, you can easily transfer your ticket to a friend via the Luma app.
